• Custom Orders: A $25 deposit is required to begin all custom orders. The remaining balance is due before shipping or delivery.
• No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final.
• Sizing: Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail sizes using our coin sizing method.
• Order Verification: Before shipping, we will confirm your nail sizes, design, and order details with you. Your order will only be shipped once everything is approved.
• Shipping Damage: All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping. Press to Impress is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been shipped.
• Nail Health: Please do not apply press-on nails to damaged, irritated, or infected nails.
• Shipping & Delivery: Shipping/delivery fees are separate and are the customer’s responsibility.
